Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Joni Nasser has been with Community Companion Animal Hospital since graduating from UC Davis in 2006. Prior to veterinary school, she worked in human medicine as a paramedic. Dr. Nasser is a supporter of the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) program and has personally TNRed more than 30 feral cats. She is also an advocate for hospice care for pets and believes quality of life is as important as quantity.
In her free time, Dr. Nasser enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and their cats, listening to jazz music, and hiking in the Lake Tahoe area.
