Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rock received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan in 1971. For 17 years, he served as a resident veterinarian at a local horse farm owned by Tish Hewitt. Dr. Rock was also employed by the State of Illinois as a racing official at Quad City Downs.
