Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Bohn grew up in a rural area in San Diego, California influenced by the love of horses she inherited from her mother. She earned a degree in Biology from University of California at San Diego in 1998 and graduated with honors from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She is fluent in Spanish after spending a year abroad in Spain in high school and a summer doing research in Argentina while in vet school. Since 2006 she has worked in mixed and small animal veterinary practices throughout California. Her areas of special interest include abdominal ultrasound and internal medicine as well as dermatology, ophthalmology and geriatrics. Her hobbies include horseback riding, cycling, hiking, paddle boarding and international travel. While visiting her sister who is a professor at Johns Hopkins, she enjoyed the area so much that she decided to relocate to Baltimore and joined the the Belvedere Veterinary Center family in July 2016.
