Veterinarian Overview
My name is Cynthia S. Dahle, VMD and I am the owner of Bay Area Veterinary Hospital. I felt that in order for me to get to know you and your pet, you should know a little about me and my qualifications first.I received my Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine (V.M.D.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia in 1993 after a 13 year career as a nurse having graduated from Towson State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 1979. My certification in Veterinary Acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society was acquired in 1993.I grew up in Severna Park and now reside with my husband, Mike Dahle, and rescued Airdale Terrier, McGuire in Chester on Kent Island. Upon graduation, I first practiced veterinary medicine as an Associate Veterinarian at the Greater Annapolis Veterinary Hospital, and left in 1996 to open Bay Area Veterinary Hospital.Mike and I love to bike, boat, enjoy steamed crabs and especially watch football- GO RAVENS!.My staff and I look forward to getting to know you and your pet as well!
