Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Feldhaus was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Potomac, Md. She received her Bachelors degree from Loyola College in 1985, and her DVM degree from the Ohio State University in 1989. She has practiced in Washington, D.C., Toledo Ohio, and Southern Maryland. Dr. Feldhaus enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine. She regularly attends educational seminars to keep her skills current. In 2005, she enrolled in an advanced training program in veterinary acupuncture offered by the International Acupuncture Society in California. She completed her acupuncture certification in the fall of 2006. As a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist she now offers acupuncture treatment for dog and cat patients. Dr. Feldhaus resides in Leonardtown with her husband, Bob, and their son, Mark, and numerous pets.
