Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Bielamowicz graduated from the Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Prior to joining the Harbor Road staff in October of 2003, she worked as a large animal ambulatory vet in Western Massachusetts. Since then, she has enjoyed caring for companion animal patients, though she does still treat the occasional horse or sheep. Her practice interests include internal medicine and chronic pain management. She is particularly interested in integrating Western acupuncture and class IV laser therapy into traditional approaches to the treatment of arthritis and other conditions. In her free time, Dr. B enjoys hiking, sailing, kayaking, travel, volunteering with several local organizations including a marine mammal stranding group, and spending time with her Westie, Pippin.
