Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mark W. Wachal graduated in 1988 summa cum laude from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Wachal practiced in a small animal practice in Grand Island, NE for 7 1/2 years prior to moving to Lincoln and establishing Wachal Pet Health Center with his wife Jane in January 1996.Dr. Wachal grew up on a farm by Schuyler, NE and still enjoys farmwork and livestock as a hobby. Additional pastimes include hunting, fishing, camping,traveling and quality time spent with family and friends. Dr. Wachal and Jane have 3 children and multiple pets on their acreage. Dr. Wachal enjoys all aspects of small animal practice but has special interest in oncology, orthopedics and internal medicine.
