Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Penelope Rochelle DVM, CVA, CVSMT graduated from Ohio State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She was a local equine ambulatory veterinarian for 4 years, and then worked at a mixed animal practice in Maine for 2 years, During that times she decided to take the acupuncture course at the Chi Institute in Florida. This course opened her mind to new ways of healing and left her wanting more. She earned her certification in spinal manipulation from the Healing Oasis in 2013 and has taken advanced classes in functional neurology since that time.
