Dr. Sacks completely forgot about our appointment, the staff blamed her as always having problems with her, she blamed the staff for lack of communication. After the consultation she never followed up with me as promised, did not order the Rx as promised, never heard from her again. When calling the office I was told this happens all the time with her! Dr. Allsford was terrific, but hints she doesn’t believe in TCVM, so the whole experience was awful and I still, after repeated calls to get information back on tests, nothing from anyone.
