Veterinarian Overview
Jennifer Zagst has been working towards her goal of becoming a veterinarian for much of her life. After receiving her BA in Biology from the University of Buffalo, Jennifer attended Ross University on the island of St. Kitts in the West Indies. She studied at Ross for twenty eight months before traveling to Cornell University to complete her clinical year.
Jennifers experience in the animal care field extends back to her high school years. Her volunteering and internship history includes work at a wildlife rehabilitation center, a therapeutic riding center, an alpaca farm, a large animal ambulatory service, a small animal clinic, and the Buffalo Zoological gardens, among others.
Jennifers professional interests include ophthalmology and soft tissue surgery. She enjoys traveling and swimming, is an avid reader, and a lover of all genres of music.
