Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Anger earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Equine Science and then her Degree of Veterinary Medicine both at Colorado State University. Dr. Anger enjoys working with all small animals, but especially birds and exotics. Some notable aspects of her training have included time spent with the Denver Zoo; work with a birds of prey rehabilitation program, a zoo in Costa Rica, several large rescue groups for exotic animals and mentorships with multiple exotic animal veterinarians around the country. Dr. Anger's professional interests include exotic animal surgery and canine sports medicine. She is an active participant in dog agility training and competition with her Boston Terrier mix, Breck and Border Collie, Sully. She also has 3 cats (Kevin, Paige and Winnie) and many birds (and a very tolerant husband!). In her free time, Dr. Anger enjoys photography, arts and crafts, and traveling.
