Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Baroody grew up in New Jersey and had a love for animals large and small ever since she could remember. Following her passion to help animals, she studied for, and received, her Bachelor of Animal Science from the University of Vermont before continuing on to Iowa State University, College of Veterinary Medicine where she earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. While in veterinary school, Dr. Baroody was introduced to therapeutic medicine and, after graduation, she went on to study chiropractic for animals. She received her certification from the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. When not spending time with your beloved pet, Dr. Baroody can be found working on the farm with her husband and two children taking care of their horses, dogs and cats. Weekends will find Dr. Baroody and her family enjoying the great outdoors–camping, hiking, skiing, swimming, horseback riding and playing badminton or with a soccer ball outside in the yard.
