Veterinarian Overview
Dr Mike Handke is a graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and is a Pittsburgh native. Prior to attending vet school he attended the University of Pittsburgh as a PhD Candidate in Neurobiology and did his undergraduate work at Carnegie Mellon. Hes already made a huge impact here at GVH and we are thrilled to have him on board! Dr. Handke and his wife, Jen have two sons, Colin and Brendan. He is loving owned by two cats; Digger and Oedipus (Eddie for short).
