Latest Reviews for Michael C McCue
Dr. McCue is the very best! Our dog lovvvves him, even though he receives shots when the veterinarian visits.
He's so kind, friendly, and patient with our dog! I give him an A !❤️
It's been a while since I've seen Dr McCue but I'll never forget how wonderful he was. Saint Patricks Day 2017. My almost 16 yr old feline friend suddenly took a turn for the worse. I called and spoke with Mrs McCue and she promised to return my call as soon as she spoke with her husband who was already booked and this was also a Saturday. She called me back within about ten minutes. Another visit he was making took less time than expected and he was on his way. He came into our home and he assured me that it was time after a short exam and listening to me explain through tears what my old friend was going through. He noticed all of the horse related items in our home and our conversation revealed that he was a horse vet back in my home territory in Delaware and we had many people in common. I would call this man again and matter of fact, I'm calling him now to schedule a visit for vaccinations for my 7 month old kitten. He was wonderful with his compassion, communication, listening to me and putting my mind at ease as my heart was broken.
He is wonderful and so loving of animals. He is the best. When we had to put our Lexie down; he stayed with us and was so caring. He comes to your home and the cost is reasonable for all visits and medications needed. I am now in the process of adopting and he will be my vet when I receive my new fur baby.
I don’t know if Dr. McCue is a good veterinarian or not. I called and made an appointment for my elderly dog who has hip and back issues from arthritis. I thought it would be better for a veterinarian to come to the house since my dog has difficulty walking on the slippery floors at my normal veterinarian and hates the car. I was waiting by my front door for my 10:45 appointment at 10:30. When Dr McCue had not arrived by 10:50 I wondered if it was too soon to call to see how late he might be. I can be fussy about timeliness and I know that is annoying to others and so I waited to call at 11:00. I got the answering machine. You always get the answering machine. No one ever answers the phone. So I left a message saying that it looks like you are running late do you have an idea what time you will be here. Five minutes later I got a call from the secretary who said that Dr McCue was at my front door at 10:15. OMG I was in the basement and couldn’t hear the doorbell. I asked her why he didn’t call. I had my phone on me and he could have called. I was home. I just couldn’t hear the doorbell and besides that, he was supposed to be there at 10:45. I asked her to reschedule and she said that he can’t come back for 2 weeks. Heaven forbid you have an emergency. Don’t bother. Communication is too difficult. I was told that I had written down the wrong time. The secretary made no attempt to make things right. Like I said, don’t bother calling Dr. McCue.
