Absolutely horrendous service when you have an emergency. I called to see if I could get my dog in for an appointment for an emergency. No appointments were available for 4 weeks FOR AN EMERGENCY even though the veterinarian said she needed to be seen. I asked the receptionist if the office had sick call slots set aside. She responded yes but she could not give me an appointment. I would have to call every morning to see if there was a cancellation. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone who actually loves their pet.
