Veterinarian Overview
r. Ravi has been practicing in the Pennsylvania area since graduating from Iowa university, and is also Director of Animal Health at Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal for 15 years. Dr. Ravi is a dedicated veterinarian who occasionally covers weekend emergency shifts. His interests include surgery, preventative health maintenance for pets of all ages, dermatology and internal medicine. He loves to meet new "furry" family members, watch them grow up and care for them throughout their lifetime. Watching a pet recover from an injury or illness and the joy that this brings to the pet's family is one of the most rewarding parts of his job. Dr. Ravi is also committed to lifelong learning, and is Charter member and Secretary of Delaware Valley Academy of Veterinary Medicine. Outside of the hospital, Ravi occupies himself with raising his two beautiful girls, and caring for a dog. Ravi enjoys reading, gardening and folk music.
