Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Jeffrey Stupine joined the Pennsylvania SPCA in 2011 and was appointed Head Veterinarian Wellness, in April 2014.Dr. Stupine is dedicated to creating a healthy pet community by providing excellent care at a reasonable cost. He oversees the PSPCAs Wellness Clinic, which sees nearly 10,000 patients a year, and the organizations Vaccine Clinic program, which offers low-cost or free vaccines in area neighborhoods. In 2015, nearly 12,000 cats and dogs received their core vaccines as part of the program.Last year, Dr. Stupine spear-headed the organizations Out-Patient Parvovirus Clinic, which saved the liives of more than 40 dogs for clients who could not seek specialty or private practice care.Dr. Stupine earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from The George Washington University and worked as an Equity Trader before returning to school to pursue his true passion for veterinary medicine.After graduating from the University of Pennsylvanias School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010 he worked as an associate in a private practice.Dr. Stupines family includes two dogs, Flooper and Ella, and a cat named Harry Potter.
