Dr. Anne Sobers is the best vet in Monroe County. She was with Dr. Seely in Brodheadsville as an assistant vet and I saw her a few times as I went to Dr. Seely for for 23 years. Sadly, he passed, and I decided to stay with the ones that took over there. Without going into detail. Huge mistake which changed my dog’s life forever. Tried one other vet with no problems, just not too comfortable, when I heard Dr. Sobers had opened up her own office.
She always takes time with her patients and makes sure the owners completely understand everything that is going on. If there is another test that can be taken, she will tell you , but it is your decision. When she diagnosed my 15-year-old with Lymphoma, she cried with me, and did not make me feel badly about not pursuing expensive chemotherapy, and helped me with Palliative Carr for my sweet girl to give her the best few months she had left.
On top of all of this, Dr Anne Sobers is not in this to get rich. She is in this field to help animals, which is reflected in her reasonable costs, just like Dr. Seely. I highly recommend her as a vet and a wonder, caring human being, and she surrounds her staff with people just like her.
I have known Dr. Sobers for many years; she treated my dogs when I first moved into the area 30 years ago as a young vet assistant to Dr. Seeley and is now a wonderful highly experienced Vet with a wonderful practice all these years later. Most recently she treated my dog Trudy and successfully and artfully removed a melanoma. She is the kindest most wonderful person and the most experienced vet in the area imho. I owe to her my dogs life and she was kind to me too, as I am a retired person on fixed income. They don't come any better than Dr. Sobers. Thank you for saving Trudy for more years together Dr. Sobers.

I would like to thank dr ann for saving my dog dante he almost died she is a loving caring kind hearted person you will ever meet she is one of the best I wish I could find a doctor for myself that is as good as her if you are looking for the best it is doctor ann and her staff is also kind and nice they are all the best they work very well together THANK YOU AGAIN DR ANN FOR SAVING DANTE
