Veterinarian Overview
Amanda Corr completed her undergraduate training at Lafayette College in Easton, Pa. She worked for a major pharmaceutical company prior to applying to veterinary school. Amanda graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. In 2007, she then completed a small animal internship at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. In 2010 she completed a three year residency in comparative ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania. Amanda enjoys all aspects of veterinary ophthalmology but is particularly interested in corneal disease, inherited ocular disease and surgery. When not working, she enjoys time spent with her family, reading, running and travelling. She and her family share their home with their beloved Chihuahua Mix, Jack, who she rescued while in Tennessee.
