Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Filchner began practicing at Blue Ridge Veterinary Clinic in2001. She graduated from the University of TennesseeCollege of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. When notspending time with her two girls, she enjoys hiking with herLabrador Retriever, Clyde. Carol also owns two cats, includingone recently adopted kitten.
