Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mary St. Amand, or Dr. Mary as she is commonly known, is the owner of Hope Veterinary Care. Dr. Mary established Hope Veterinary Care in 1987 and dedicated her work in honor of her parents. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island, and then went on to earn her veterinary medical degree from Purdue University. Dr. Mary enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. Her pets include a rescue mutt and five rescued cats. Message from Dr. Mary: I chose the name Hope Vet Care because that is what I do best. I have dedicated my life to helping people by helping their pets. Every day, I can say that I love what I do! Taking care of pets, keeping them healthy, or restoring them to health is my passion. Veterinary medicine has enabled me to meet so many wonderful people. I am surrounded by great colleagues who share my passion for pet health. There are so many clients who have also become dear friends and part of our Hope Vet Care family. Clients appreciate our concern for the health and safety of their pets, and our concern for their family as well. Our expression is, Caring for pets and their people. My goals at Hope Vet Care are to provide compassionate pet care and to exceed your expectations for client service. Thank you for choosing us to be your pet care partners.
