Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lamons grew up in Mohawk/Mosheim, Tennessee where she was an honor student at West Greene High School. She attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she was a member of the Sigma Alpha Sorority, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. In the following years, she attended St. George's University in Grenada followed by the University of Georgia in Athens where she graduated Vet school in 2016. Dr. Lamons has an interest in both large and small animal medicine. She owns a small horse farm with her husband, Scottie, in Greeneville, TN. Her family of personal pets include 2 dogs: Tex and Hoss and 7 horses: Angel, Sonnie, Bossman, Dixie, Cracker, Georgia, and Mandy. In her free time, Dr. Lamons enjoys camping and trail riding with her horses. She and her husband attend several horse shows and speed racking events each year.
