Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kathy Zippay is originally from Charleroi, PA. She graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She obtained her B.S. from Penn State in Animal Science and Physiology. Dr. Zippay has worked in the Harrisburg area since 1991. She joined the Animal Health Care Center in September 2011.Her interests are emergency and critical care. Dr. Zippay is married and has two sons who keep her very busy with extracurricular activities. She has a 3-legged Sheba Inu named Ryoka, three rescued cats and a cuban Anole named Esmeralda. Dr. Zippay enjoys long walks with her dog, cross stitching and spending time with her family.
