Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Schuchman was born in New York City in 1944, and raised there until attending undergraduate and graduate school at Cornell University. After graduating from Veterinary School in 1969, Dr .Schuchman moved to California, and has lived and practiced here ever since. He and his wife Jan have a small farm in the Bay Area with llamas, pigs, goats, ducks, chickens, donkeys, mini horse, chinchilla, lizards, dogs, cats and various birds. He has over 30 years of veterinary experience. Dr. Schuchman is active with Sulphur Creek Nature Center, and has been on the admissions committee to the Veterinary College at Davis, and the Board of Governors of the California Veterinary Medical Association. His son Ethan, graduated from U C Berkeley College of Engineering and is currently pursuing his PhD in engineering at Purdue.
