Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Geethanjali Hegde grew up in Bangalore, India, around both small and large animals. Dr. Hegde completed her Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree at Mysore Veterinary College in India. She moved to the United States and completed her foreign veterinary program at Iowa State University (School of Veterinary Medicine) in Ames, Iowa. She received her D.V.M. degree in 2001. Dr. Hegde has now been practicing in the Bay Area since 2002. Other interests include hiking, cooking and spending time with her two beautiful daughters and cute cat, Shamboo.
