Veterinarian Overview
The Veterinary Care Center Is delighted to welcome Dr. Mark Nunez to our staff. Dr. Nunez is a past President of both the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association (SCVMA) as well as the California Veterinary Medkal Association (CVMA). Dr. Nunez Is currently the head of the California Veterinary Medical Board as appointed by Governor Jerry Brown. Dr. Nunez did his undergraduate studies at UCLA and is a graduate of The University of Cali- fornia at DavisÂ’ Veterinary Medcine program. When not looking after his endless list of patients, or the thousands of Veterinarians in Cali- fornia, Mark is often on the dance floor as a member of the LA Wranglers, a competitive Country & Western dance troop. He lives in Burbank with his Chihuahua mixes Bertie and Samml, and his gorgeous cats Champ and Prudencla.
