Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Shannon Brady was born and raised in the South Bay Area, right down the street from Apple Headquaters. Wanting to stay in sunny California, Dr. Brady decided to attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. She received her Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences, located in Southern California, graduating in the top ten percent of her class. Dr. Brady then went on to complete a 1 year small animal rotating internship at Dublins own IronHorse VetCare with concentrations in surgery, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and ophthalmology. Since then, Dr. Brady has remained local, practicing both general medicine and emergency medicine part time. Dr. Brady is a current member of the California Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association. She is also accredited by the USDA for health certificate endorsements. Dr. Brady now ives in the East Bay Area with her husband and adorable dog-like cat, Monkey. "Moo Moo" for short. Outside the professional environment, Dr. Brady enjoys traveling the world, experiencing different cultures and foods, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends, whenever she gets the chance.
