Veterinarian Overview
Dr.Lim graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2003. She started practicing in Cincinnati, Ohio upon completing the ECFVG (Education Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates) program. She has been in private practice for the past 12 years. "The little Chinese doctor" is how most clients recognize Dr.Lim. She comes from an exotic tropical island - Borneo, Malaysia. She studied on gastrointestinal and blood parasites of the Malayan water monitor lizards as her final year project. She represented the country in an inter-varsity parasitology competition. Her interests however remain in soft tissue surgery, critical nursing care, and client education. She wishes to further enhance her knowledge in canine rehabilitation and veterinary acupuncture. Currently residing in Clark, NJ, she shares her home with her family which consists of her husband and 2 daughters, as well as Maki (2-year-old Rottweiler), Pancho (2-year-old- terrier mix from Puerto Rico), and 2 cats recently adopted from the Monmouth County SPCA. Her favorite pastimes include swimming, instrumental music, and spending quality time with family and friends. She occasionally fosters orphaned kittens and puppies in need of medical care.
