Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Koren-Roth was born and raised in Israel. Prior to his arrival in the United States, he lived on a kibbutz, a farming community in southern Israel. After leaving Israel in 1983, Dr. Koren-Roth and his wife Amy, traveled extensively in Europe and Asia before settling in New York. Dr. Koren-Roth received his B.S in Biology from Queens College and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University in 1994. Since his graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Koren-Roth has been living in the Capital Region with his wife, two children, and two boisterous cats. Dr. Koren-Roth has been working at Colonie Animal Hospital since 1997 and became a partner in 2005. Dr. Koren-Roth enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery. He has a special interest in avian and exotic medicine including rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, and pocket pets
