Dr. Foley is a native of Rochester. He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. Dr. Foley spent 2 years practicing in Buffalo, NY before returning to Rochester in 1990. He joined Dr. Lenhard at the Brighton Animal Hospital for two years before becoming the practice owner/manager
