Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kathleen Kelly earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine after graduating with an animal science degree from the University of Kentucky. She then completed a one year internship at Mid Atlantic Equine Medical Center in New Jersey focusing on sports medicine and surgery. Dr. Kelly grew up on a thoroughbred race horse farm in central Illinois and has been involved in the horse industry from an early age. She has worked with renowned vets on the East coast, in Lexington KY, and in the Chicago area sharpening her skills as an equine practitioner. Her personal interests include sports medicine, lameness, and internal medicine.
