Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sherry Hong received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of California, Davis in 2010, after earning a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2006. Dr. Hong is a second generation veterinarian and is experienced in general practice of dogs and cats. Her interests include preventative medicine and public health. Dr. Hong had worked with dedicated veterinarians at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and had co-authored a journal article in 2008, "Infection Control Practices & Zoonotic Disease Risks Among Veterinarians in the United States." Dr. Hong is an active member of AVMA and CVMA.
