Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Schnabel joined the VCA Arden team in 2007 and is interested in ophthalmology, internal medicine and preventive care.She earned her BS degree from Duke University and graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. After receiving her doctorate, she completed a one year Internship at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital in 2004.Dr. Schnabel grew up in Palos Verdes where she loved to ride horses, a passion she still enjoys today. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and watching movies and especially taking care of and laughing with her 2 little nieces.Dr. Schnabel currently resides in Studio City where she shares her home with her two adopted cats, "Nicky" and "Cayenne" who were abandoned at a veterinary hospital where she previously worked.
