Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Joycelyn Quan is a 1988 graduate of the University of California at Davis - School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Quan joined GSAH in 1988 and became a partner in 1998. Dr. Quan's area of experience is in general practice and she has a special interest in exotics. She and her husband, Vaughn have two sons, a pair of Guinea Pigs, a tortoise, a crawdad, fish and an assortment of insect pets
